Cancellation Policy
Credit card information is necessary for booking appointments. To avoid fees, all appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after the 24-hour notice, a $25 fee will be charged. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, 50% of the service fees will be charged at the appointment time. If the card declines, payment must be provided by the end of the day to reschedule or keep future appointments. Rescheduling is only possible once the fees are paid. Payment must be provided at the time of service, except in the case of same-day cancellations or no-shows. If you cancel two consecutive appointments, prepayment will be required to secure future appointments. All appointments and services are non-refundable.
